This could be so much better if it was a little more convenient. For Example. A separate file for Magazines and Companion perks would be nice. This also really needs to be updated for DLC. Also a separate file for both Male and Female Characters. It's really inconvenient to spend that much time adding and subtracting everything that's missing or needs changing.
What lines should I remove so it does not set my level super high? I would like to just add all perks, not increase level or add any S.P.E.C.I.A.L points.
Any way to get rid of the lasting effect of the bloody mess perk? Even when i use the bat file for bloody mess? It seems to still have that "EXCESSIVE GORE" that i dearly hate (simply because it's just too unrealistic for my play style).

You got some of your perks mixed up in your bat file. For instance under Rifleman you have 4A0BB which is Bloody mess but it should be 4A0B8. I haven't checked the full list extensively yet... that might be the only one. I dunno. Bloody Mess is one of those perks that once added it sticks around even once it's removed though.
I'm just using this to create my own bat files so I can be lazy and not have to type them out from the wiki lol.
edit: Missing a commented off Black Widow (female Lady Killer equivilant) too.
edit: You have a typo on Grim Reaper's Spirit line (you have Quick Hands before it, but it's commented off so it doesn't matter).
Yeah It Does Work When You Don't Have "(+)" Thing in your Pip-Boy just Beside any of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L rank.. Some people already tried to rankup & sometimes they Get this "(+)" thing in their Pip-Boy. Because their rank incremented more than 10 when they play further even after getting the Highest - 10 Rank in their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. THats Why I Didn't Put that Method in this. Anyways Thanks For info.. It can be useful for those Who didn't already incremented their rank using Consol & don't have this "(+)" symbol in Pip-Boy S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

seeing as the game is kinda open ended or non ending I believe or want to say the + to a special stat like 10 Str is either a buff from a bobble head/gear/extra stat point so for all we know it could mean you could go OVER the cap of 10 points.
