I have a problem. I left the game alone for a while and I recently came back and started a new save. Problem was that several mods I had used on the Beth.net site were taken down. This one included. Since I want to complete gun runners before using it as a settlement, I want to disable this mod. The problem is I can no longer FIND the bloody thing on my computer cause Beth.net took it down, yet it’s still registering as active. ANY help would be appreciated cause I got a few of these mods from there that are all experienceing the same issue
So 656 downloads and no reported bugs? Looks very promising and i'm gonna give it a try...would really like to make this my factions major capital. Is the excisting houses useable for the settlers if i start decorate the interior? And is there the green workshop boarders showing or just use your photo showing the building boarders?
The game tells me I need to clear the area, only issue is barny rook (dumbass) got himself killd before I could talk to him, so I can't start the quest and I can't reload the save either, happened a REALLY long time ago easily 80+hrs I've already tried Killall didn't work reloaded, tried setting the quest as complete with commands, tried spwaning Barney and starting the quest, still nothing I dont know where to go now. Is there a console command that can clear a location, perhaps a way to do it in F4E? Am I just screwed for that save game?
That happened to me with no mods. Seems if you go near the area but do not help him and also enter the bunker with him then he falls to his death or locks himself in bunker, leaving that quest not done. That is to say - do not enter any museum, etc., until you finish with him.
i'm going to keep watch on this mod. this is amazing and i really love the idea of being able to rebuild an entire town rather than just a portion like the infamous jamaica plain screw up.
IS that a house you made on the bottom right of the first picture?
Also may I add, the coastal cottage settlement might be a better fit for this seeing how that settlement has almost no usable area and a completely wrecked house

1. = A witcher / witch craft / salem-esk (meaning american witch trails era) settlement (if you know what I mean) using alot of wood but with dark overtones...
2. Cthulhu / Lovecraft town, using more of the Super-mutant assets....
