    Um, I've never used .bat files with Fallout games.  How do they work?

      #1 Download the file extract file to game installation
      #2 Launch game
      #3 While in game type ~ then type bat perks then hit ENTER or the name of the file you chosen.

    Hey thanks for this, unique weapons is missing the world series bat. At least it was for me as I was swinging an invisible bat.
