Just to clarify, the Sole Survivor is saying something every time you skip dialogue, but it's just basic responses like "uh huh" "yeah", etc.? Or are you getting complete silence on most skips?
Because all this mod does is change the chance the Sole Survivor will make a comment when skipping (which I believe was 25%) to 100%, so that they always say something (even if it's just "uh huh"). What the Sole Survivor says when interrupting can be chosen by which movement key you use to skip, which loosely corresponds to how the dialogue wheel is laid out (i.e. sarcastic is to the right). As far as I know this is a hidden mechanic that the game doesn't tell you about.
From memory:
Up = question (i.e. "what?" "huh?") Down = affirmative ("yep!", "uh huh!" "sing it brother! (drunk)") Right = sarcastic (personal comment about the NPC, there are many unique ones - the unique one only plays once, after that right = impatient/rude/dismissive i.e. "blah blah blah") Left = negative ("nope", etc.)
Try the different keys/buttons and see if you get different comments. If I misunderstood and the problem you're having is that you get silence most of the time, that means the mod isn't working, possibly due to a load order issue/conflict.
Such a fun mod. The character has a special line for some npc's in game. For example Mama Murphy The character will say "Old people.." or Strong "D.um and green". And it's a one time saying. Would be fun if you could make it more
Not that I know of, sorry, but if you're like me and use a merged patch .esp, you could copy my plugin's changes into that and delete my plugin to save space.
