You can find that weapon in-game, but it's very rare. So far (after 50 hours) I've only seen it twice: Carla had one at some point in her stock but it was too expensive, then I was able to find one on that raider next to Somerville Place (the one who's building and painting a statue). I have an issue with modding this weapon though: if I try to upgrade the blade, it adds the chinese officer sword model to the katana. So basically you end up with a two bladed weapon which sounds great but it's rather ugly! Anyway, that weapon is already very powerful so I guess I can do without any upgrades.
Bring Shogo Industries! I've been playing fallout forever, and your Shogo Industries was THE best mod out there for myself. That being said, this is an excellent transition piece.
