That's because those are from Vault-Tec Workshop. I decided to not add DLC dependencies to the core mod. I haven't played FO4 in a while, so it probably won't be fixed unless I decide to reinstall it in the future.
Hm... the workbenches are fine but the shops could use a little work so that Local Leader doesn't become entirely useless. (I'm aware that there is the optional file but that's not a real solution). Maybe make it needed for tier three shops or something.
So you're saying you want Local Leader 2 to be required for the higher-level shops but not the lower ones? Just trying to make sure I understand what you're asking for.
The main reason I didn't do that is because of the way to workshop interface works. It will only show up to a maximum of 2 perks when saying that an object needs perks to be created. I already have 3 perks for the weapon store but the only reason I did that is because it produces both ballistic and melee weapons. I'd rather not tack on more perk requirements.
I see. That's indeed bothersome and adding even more perks is not the right way to tackle that. I really dislike the fact that you need CC2 and LL2 for all the tiers of the shops so that's why I use your mod. But making Local Leader 2 totally useless bothers me too. Will have to think about this a bit more and find a acceptable solution.
If anyone else has had glitching with Rylee "recruit" option and you are using the Unofficial Fallout4 Patch mod and you are not planning to perk Local Leader :
Condition, WorkshopVendorMisc change the Comparison type to "Equal to" [0.0000]
This bypasses the local leader bench type in this case, Thus you should be able to get the Recruit dialogue to pop. However, after you set the settlement for her, she will have the Confused dialogue on but she did go to the settlement i set for her.
Probably similar change has to be done for Smiling Larry but he is the most broken tier4 trader alltogether....
Have yet to test this, but it looks like exactly what I needed! I was thinking about making a mod that just removes the requirements for workbenches altogether, but this is even better.
I'd love a version that drops it down to the first rank of each perk. I play on Ironman a lot, and surviving to the second rank of any perk can be a pain in the ass.. lol
In the description, I explain why I use the second perk rank instead of the first. This isn't designed to be a cheat mod, it's just designed to make it so that low-CHA characters are actually viable, but with the drawback that you have to have a wide range of perks to create all the workbenches. The reason I chose the second rank is because the level that you unlock the second rank is about the same level that you would unlock Local Leader 2, so it maintains vanilla's balance. If you would like to make it so that this uses only the first rank of each perk, feel free to grab FO4Edit and change it, it will take you all of the 30 seconds it took me to make this mod, haha.
AWKCR does the job just fine... don't know what you'd want to change. Now, mods like AS Institute Crafting Stations or that one that lets you craft working ovens and grills would be awesome to get a patch for, but who knows if anyone's even paying attention to those mods anymore?
Anyhow, Endorsed! Does what it says on the tin, and does it without breaking anything else obviously in the process.
Endorsed. This mod makes it easier to play a low-charisma character build. Would be cool if you could create a separate Weapon Store that only required Gun Nut, and only carried guns. But I guess that's not possible.
