i like the direction this mod points in, however i'm wondering how challenging would it be to make a few other halo weapons, and perhaps some spartan armor if you're up to it. if you dont feel like doing it, may you please point me in the direction of someone who could? thanks, my dude.
don't know if he'll see this but good job but like what everyone was saying in canon the energy sword works is that electron-based gas is released from the hilt and is then trapped inside two magnetic fields in the shape of the blade’s design. Having said that, the sound the weapon makes when activated is actually that of gas being released. the gas is heated so it becomes plasma the magnetic Fields so its translucent but has a shape because of the magnetic fields around it . So stop just saying no under the comments about the blade he handle is made out of steel not the blade.
It's supposed be a energy sword but it ain't it its a Crossfit to stone or steel what ever he used I like the weapon though "stone/steel sword" but his opinion on the matter is laziness all the way.
P.s could of used glass to make it transparent or promethium or plastic sheet, glass ,air , acrylic sheet ,water . etc..
First of all, good job! It looks awesome. Just one question, does the plasma upgrade cause enemies to drop nuclear material like the ranged plasma weapons do?
Reading other comments on here... You're on the internet. You can google what things look like. And the only resemblance to the Energy Sword I see is the shape! I'll support this if you make it look like it's actually an energy sword. Transparency is a mute point, considering in most halo games it glows too bright to be see-through. But it glows. The blade appears when it's activated, and vanishes when deactivated (although the player never deactivates it, that's only seen in cutscenes)
