btw im fairly used to heavily modding games, and couldnt get f04 to run smoothly on my rig: i5 4460, R9 270x 4gb, 8 gb ram. Did all sorts of ini fiddling, tried many different values for video memory size, but today FINALLY, run the Vramsize test copied the number and voila! framerate went up 10 frames average. Hope someone will find this helpfull.
But I digress. Preset rocks m8 :) looks very serious and grim :) and a kind of noirish. Will be using it. endorsed
What Operating System do you have?10 and 8 run Fallout 4 worse than 8.1. (10 has a fix though). Don't know about 7. My PC crashed and I only have 8 on disk. I played the game on 8, 8.1, and 10 and ended up reverting back to 8.1 because it ran the best. Now that I know about the fix for 10, I will go back to it soon.
Thanks mang! Can't wait until april when modding tools hit then the really great modders will come out of their caves or wherever they reside in the mean time.
It's an ENB preset. It changes the way the lighting looks in game, go to http://enbdev.com/ to learn more. You need a decent rig though and you 100 PERCENT NEED THE RIGHT ENB BINARY FOR MY PRESETS AS OTHERWISE IT WILL LOOK NOTHING LIKE MY PICTURES. Sorry I stress this because you wouldn't believe how many people struggle to understand this and simply go straight to the downloads page or try to run SH** reshade over the top.
