Thanks for this fix! I was so frustrated, I am new to fallout and had 2 bugged Preston missions that wouldn't leave my quest log even after finishing the game! This was the only fix that finally worked! Saved me from starting over thankfully! If your still around thanks alot for making this. :)
Question.... thanks I was able to fix a bugged quest I've done over and over with one of the commands.
However, it even lets me do CompleteQuest MinRecruit09 and it completes it. Is that old content or something to do with the DLC? If it's old I've done it already and will just clear it now that I have a mod to prevent them from popping up anymore but those quests do not show up in my journal.
But if it's something new (keep in mind I'm just starting on all of the DLC), then I don't want to clear it until I've actually checked it out like I have all of the others many times over.
It's just a resettlement quest which I've done (after doing each of the endings.. if you destroy the institution and initiate the evacuation you can get this from Preston.. it's the only one with 2 prerequisites although the quest itself is basically just a repeat).
