Haven't had much time this week due to work, but in the time I've had to spare I've gotten the eyebrows done for the most part. Only thing left is to sort out the controls for the outer brows, since they're reversed (and are currently ignoring the mapping file telling them to un-reverse...*annoyed noises*)

While working on the brow scaling (which will be limited to the Y axis; can actually make the eyebrows thicker or thinner woo), it occurred to me that scaling could be limited to a single axis on any bone, if I wanted.
Applying this to the eyes (+X scale, -Y scale) resulted in the attached screenshot; these are actually the Oni Cute eyes, which are normally quite round. It doesn't work well, since it also scales the irises, but I'll still add it as an option because why not.

Still trying to determine if I'll have time this weekend to mess with it or not, but I think I have enough as it is for a beta/partial version for people to try out. Might package it up tomorrow and see about uploading it.

It won't be anything close to "final", so I won't be encouraging building permanent faces with it, but producing something substantial rather than just ramblings and a screenshot will be nice :v
