      the xlod beta generation with bc7 texture format generation helps a lot to enhance visual lod quality. also this underrated lod enhancement mod. and last but not least some ini settings

      i stopped at about 60 - a given limit but much more you can reach compared to any standard settlement

    I imagine it would take forever to go up the stairs to the 40th floor...I don't think the mod has elevators, lol!

    You are crazier than I am, especially if you had to build that one floor at a time which I think is the case. I need to read up on that mod some more.
