   Fixed it DarkDominion and niston, I update DEF_UI and Bhaal's Better Sorting 7.01 and it back to work normal, thanks

   Nice, I just lost the game, impossible play like this

   Last mod you installed probably effed your pip-boy up.
   
   What did you already do yourself to find out what's causing this ?

      That's the problem, I didn't play for a long time and when I came back I had this surprise, I hadn't changed anything else or added new mods

      If you haven't played in a long time, your game might have been updated by steam when you started playing again.
      That means several mods need to be updated too

   My guess? It's some sorting tag mod.

      I thought about this too, I'm reinstalling the hud mods, including for newer versions because I hadn't played for a while and meanwhile they updated these mods and the game. Well, lets see if it works.
