Yes, thanks to you both. The boat is already there in that part of the island. I just moved it a bit and aligned giving me an idea for an added dock.
Now to familiarize myself with Transfer Settlement mod

Joe's Genesis Island is the perfect (re-)location for this dream of a beachhouse!
I assume it's impossible to make this a mod 'out-of-the-box'. But looks really nice.
