Update 1.1 notes
-----------------
Update1.1 files are just more streamlined versions of the 1.0 files
to avoid potentially extended boot times of Fallout 4 in the future.
I realised, that I have two unnecessary lines of instructions in my plug-ins.
It does not seem to affect the functionality in any way. So if you’re using v1.0 without issues there is no urgent need to update all your
plug-ins at the moment.
Having that said, I do recommend updating your plug-ins if you intend
to use A LOT and/or very complex other plug-ins for RobCo patcher.
Using a large amount of plug-ins has the potential to slowdown the start of the game significantly.
From what I’ve seen so far in my testing profiles, using RobCo patcher and Outfits Workbench in a heavy
modded game (~ 500 mods)
with a reasonable amount of outfits (lets say ~ 50) should delay boot up of Fallout4 about 5 to 10 seconds for
RobCo to do his job before the game starts.Since this is depending on a lot of other factors, your experience can differ.
So if you’re happy with your set up and boot time, leave it as it is.
If not, at least you know where to look for some performance tweaks.
ALL future plug-ins will be labelled v1.1 (even when uploaded the first time ever)
to clearly state, there is no need to look for a streamlined version of this plug-in.
Apologies for any inconvenience
