With 30 cells in the old prison, plus two beds in the infirmary and five on the roof, there is plenty of room to scrap a few and repurpose them so you can reclaim the majority of the prison yourself. The power grid for the lights is separate from the one for the doors. The lights and turrets are connected to a wall reactor on the back of the building and the doors are powered by a powered switch on the bottom floor next to the elevator. Flipping this switch will put the entire facility on lockdown. Each floor has its own switch as well so floors can be locked down independently. If you really want to get fancy, you can add logic gates and switches for independent door operation, but that was just more time than I wanted to invest, plus I wanted to keep the power grid simple.
The partition walls had to be dropped by 30 each as they were poking through the first-floor roof so I will include a fix in an update coming soon, otherwise, you can fix them easily enough with [Place Everywhere](https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424)
