Location: B.O.G. HQ. You can recruit Ash after talking to Jesse Porter in the quest "In Plain Sight".
Custom and fully voiced: Yes, with several hundred dialogue lines. Ash comments on player actions and situations, and sadistically trash talks with enemies during combat. He also shares thoughts when prompted by the player.
Affinity system: Yes
Companion perk: Yes, Boomstick Shakalaka (slow-time effect when health is low)
Likes: Hacking, Mod Armor, Mod Weapon, Speech for More Caps, Loot Epic Item, Enter Vertibird, Peaceful
Loves: Heal companion

Inventory: Ash's Boomstick and Ash's Sapmaster 3000. You can equip whatever you want on Ash once he becomes your companion.
We recommend Murdering Chainsaw (requires Automatron DLC) if you want to give Ash a more badass melee weapon.
Gabriel McBride
Location: Cabin in the hills west of the lake near Walden Pond. You can recruit Gabriel at any time, or wait until the quest "Paradise Lost" is given to you by Mike McBride at the Brotherhood of Gold Bunker. "Paradise Lost" is available after completing the mod's main quest, and the quest "Quantitative Easing" given by Sam Cruel.
Custom and fully voiced: Yes, with several hundred dialogue lines. Gabriel shares thoughts, comments on player actions and situations, and taunts enemies during combat.
Affinity system: Yes
Companion perk: Yes, "Hunter-Killer" perk (grants player full stabilization during scoped aiming)
Likes: Chem use, Donate Item, Drink Alcohol, Heal Dogmeat, Modify Weapon, Pick lock, Pick lock Owned, Speech for more caps, Stealing, Stealing- Pickpocket, Walk around unclothed, Generous, Nice, Peaceful, Violence. (He's complex and doesn't believe in judging people!)

Hates: Chem Addiction, Eat Corpse, Murder
Inventory: Silenced sniper rifle, crossbow, and one-handed sledgehammer. You can equip whatever you want on Gabriel once he becomes your companion.
Gabriel's dog, Brutus, will follow Gabriel around and help you fight, but will not occupy a companion slot.
