There are two method to add voice to armour


Quest based method, done by shad0wshayd3
Stealth Suit - New Vegas - Voice Add-On at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community
Script operates quest dialogue. need to add dummy NPC and voice type for armour.

Pros.
having full dialogue, which means we can see captions.

Cons.
scripts are more complex than sound descriptor method.



Sound Descriptor method, done by Rhutos
Prototype Medic Power Armor (Fallout 3 Classic)
Script operates sound descriptor. no need to add dummy NPC.

Pros.
Scripts are more simpler than Quest based method.

Cons.
Voices behave like a fx sound, which means no way to show caption.
As long as it works enchant effect, no way to add voices when unequip armour
It's wrong, I managed it.
