Commonwealth GECK Project - Fallon's City Center

Created a new settlement at Fallon's in the City Center outside of Greentech. Nice big and tall buildable area for those who liked Hangman's but just wanted a bit more open space to work with. 

Should be fully functional, tested supply lines and followers and assignable NPCs. Any issues please let me know.

This is part of an ongoing project that is intended for post-final battle ongoing game. There will be more quests and locations to follow.
