   well i cant find it im in the place where you get the mission from abraham washington and yes the place in rivet city and its nowhere at all cannot find it so this sucks

   guys the code is xx000ea6 download fomm and open it to fallout 3 and check the 2 digits under the mod index (ex:01,ab,0a,01) those are the xx (ex:oa000ea6) then just write player.additem _______ and the code and the hat id is 0004445b
