SergeyShpagin, you know that there are more suits of T-51b in the world, right? Most of the BoS on the west coast uses it. This is just supposed to be one of the thousands of helmets in the world that is REALLY messed up.
SpeedyB64 probably it is T-41B, older version of power armor... And T-51B must not to be broken, because it has own power field... And Anclave aromor must to be stronger than T-51B...
This is not the same armor that was in the containment field. This is a different helmet. I believe that this helmet was from one of the older games. It will eventually have a tribal paint job.
