NOTICE - 11 NOVEMBER 2009
I have a bit of bad news. I was yesterday laid off from my job which was my main access to the internet. I will no longer be able to check in on my files every day as I used to. I will make every effort to get on here at least once a week in order to provide support for my mods. If you have any problems or questions please PM me with them and I will reply as soon as I am able. Thanks for your patience.

Burning Sky - HiRes Sunglare mods by theLeeHarvey
This file contains multiple custom sunglare textures for your enjoyment. I intend to continue adding new sunglare variations, so this is just the beginning.
This first pack contains 3 original high resolution sunglare textures:
"JustRays" which is exactly as the name suggests, just rays. There are 65 subtle rays emanating from the sun and it gives a very realistic look to the sun over the capital wasteland.
"FlareRays" is a variation with a lens flare effect added and smaller beams than found in "JustRays". This texture gives a more cinematic effect to the environment.
"Supernova" is a little extreme in that it has a "ball of light" effect around the sun as well as the rays and lens flare of the "FlareRays" texture. If you want a dramatic and interesting sun in your sky, this is the one for you.
You can see what each of these three looks like in the images section. Only one can be used at a time.
Installation: Unpack the 7zip file to an empty folder or your desktop. Choose which sunglare texture you want to use and open the folder. Copy and paste the contained "Textures" forlder into your Fallout 3/Data directory.
If you use another mod that changes the sky in any way (such as Fellout) and you still want to use one of these textures, just overwrite sun.dds and sunglare.dds files from the previous mod.
Uninstall is easy, just delete the sun.dds and sunglare.dds files from the data/textures/sky folder.
Credit: Me. Bethesda for the game itself. Fallout 3 Nexus for hosting this file.
If you'd like to see more variations added to the selection please show your support of this mod by clicking that little thumbs up thingee there at the top of the file page. Player's endorsements are a good way of saying thanks and the motivation for improvement for every modder, even meager ones like myself. Thanks, LeeHarvey.
