   it's my computer, i'm running on low because my vieo card isn't good ( GeForce 6100 ) But i'm used to lag, so i play fallout.

   Referring to your images: either you're running a mod that causes too much darkness, or your gamma display is too low - in either case, good picture of a shadow.
