or, you could like you said dialogue with same, if you've used a quest chagne the name of your dialogue, or get someone who is willing to do it (like me) and then just send it to u...
i guess the problem there is simply, that both NPC's (in this mod and in RTS use a dialogue with the same name, so they overwrite each other)
a fast fix for this would be (if this mod is still wanted once one is done with Point Lookout) go get the motel room, then save, close fallout and change the loading order, loading RTS after this mod, then RTS overwrites this mod instead of the other way round.
Since I have no experience with dialogues, I'm not sure what the fix is. I'll look at it tomorrow, but I'll just be guessing at what's wrong.

Any time that mark him to talk he receive me with a "hey there" and finish conversation. So, I can not said them where I want to start my settler... Anybody can say me what is ocurring?

I'd like a Screenshot if you got one for me and what type of npc's have problems with talking (regular ingame or added by other mods) ?
after i noticed that there was a issue with the greeting dialogue messing with the general conv. of other npc's I redid the dialogue and tested talkin to npc's all over PL (tribals and several other npcs) and all responded normally.
on a different note: should I remove the vicious dogs in front of the Hotel ? (they don't really bother me cause of the animal friend perk)
Apparently there are still conflicts with this mod. You can't talk to allot of people on here. Yes I tried it with this mod on and off, it doesn't work with the mod on, and it works with the mod off.
well, I just checked, you need the Roomkey to open the door.
however i guess this is what happened:
you got the key for the room in the old mod and replaced it. so you already have the key in the inventory (since the key wasn't removed)
try loading a savegame before you used the mod the first time
and I'm not sure what you mean by lab + fridge, there's nothing overlapping, on that side of the wall is only the fridge.
however, i just noticed that one can theoretically buy the key over and over again, so i fixed that (removed the option to buy the room once one already bought it)

Right now I see the Fridge in the counter over lapping the lab. If you need a screen shot, let me know. I saved my game right there.
