I have multiple people playing on this game and the tent shows up in my inventory and I have been using it as my main player home...no problems. However, my kids just started their characters and the tent has a prompt that it has been added to their inventory but when they are able to look for it, its not there. I did an uninstall/reinstall with the same results. My tent shows up but no one else's. Any ideas? By the way, I love this mod! I would like for my kids to play it too. Thanks.
If you wait to activate the mod AFTER you exit Vault 101, It'll show up just fine. The player's inventory clears during the tutorial and the tent vanishes. Hope that helps 5 years after your comment lmao
Necroing because someone still might be helped. You can also open the console with ~, and type: "player.additem XX02F0B8 1" (without the quotation marks, and with XX being the position in your load order) This will add a copy of the book to your inventory. That's what I ended up doing lol
I've been using it for a while and have only just got round to endorsing it, so apologies for that.
Just 3 things tho: it has a bit of a TARDIS property (its much smaller on the outside than the interior), and every time I go inside 1 of my 2 companions stays outside, and I have to manually teleport them *in*, but its no biggie, and I can live with that, and (purely from a personal point of view) would be really excellent if there was a spare bed/usable couch.
Inside its beautiful: the colour scheme/lighting is warm and inviting, it is roomy and uncluttered, just the right size, and it has lots of well-placed storage space and useful stuff that is not OP.
A, NEARLY, perfect place to relax and chill after a hard day fighting for your life in the Capital Wasteland
Tent works good, is equipped with everything i need. Sometimes when I set up the Tent a graphic glitch occurs and i am trapped in an transparent Tent that i am able to escape via entering the door and leaving the tent again. Strange is the fact i had to set up the tent outside of little lamplight to get over the scene where the player is captured by the enclave in vault 87. Before everytime the game crashed when loading to redrock. If followers could enter too this would be nice but i prefer to think i had set them up as watch outside.... This are the little "bugs" your nice mod haves but this is no cause for me to disable it and therefore i Endorse it
Looking at the dates in this thread I will be surprised if I receive an answer. I downloaded the latest version, 2.4, and tried it in game. Apparently the meshes and or textures weren't included with the zip file as I got the dreaded exclamation point when I tried to activate it. I have looked around trying to find an older version which may have had them included but have had no luck. Hopefully someone will see this and make the files available to me.
Not only does it let me sleep anywhere that has a flat enough surface, but it remembers what I had in its containers! This should probably stay on (unless something better comes along)! The roof and walls don't look good, but its amazing what it can do!

and can you add the oven? I want cooking with the another mod.
but, this mod is very handy. also I have been endorsed.
Thank you in advance!
Also I'm having the issues with companions can't follow me in, but since I'm using RCC mod I can just warp them in and out so no real biggie.
