   Why can't I get the "Silent Death" perk? I have enough agility and sneak.

      Also curious about this. By the time I have the prerequisites for it, I can't choose the Silent Death perk.

   This is epic! Best armor I found here in Nexus that's not too sexy, yet not too blocky. Perfect for sniper/sneaking characters like mine! Thanks!
