Great mod, always thought working with the outcasts was lacking.
Since some other people have thrown out some suggestions, I'm guessing you won't mind if I tossed in a few dozen of my own, though some may be a stretch.

Journal of Internal Medicine, Dean's Electronics, Nikola Tesla and You, Power Fist/The Shocker/Fisto!, Jingwei's Shocksword, Shock Baton/Electro-Suppressor, Smuggler's End/Protectron's Gaze/Colonel Autumn's Laser Pistol, Firelance/Captain's Sidearm, Wazer Wifle/Metal Blaster, A3-21's Plasma Rifle, Mesmetron/Microwave Emitter, Atomic Pulverizer, Destabilizer, MPLX Novasurge, Vengeance/Precision Gatling Laser, Drone Cannon Ex-B, Plasma Grenades/Mines, Cryo Grenades/Mines, Camera, Food Sanitizer, Hot Plate, Leaf Blower, Pilot Light, Motorcycle Handbrake/Gas Tank, Steam Gauge Assembly, Toaster, Pre-War/Post-War, Vacuum Cleaner, Wood Chipper, Mini-Nukes.
Outcast Power Armor/Helmet/Linden's: (Once Casdin trusts you enough not to kill his men for profit, maybe with low rewards to discourage outcast hunting.) Ashur's Power Armor Recon Armor/Helmet/Composite-Helmet: Never got why they didn't want the user interface gear for their armor. Cryptochromatic Spectacles: Maybe? Super Sledge/Fawkes: High-tech melee weapon. Ripper/Jack: High-tech melee weapon. Steel Saw/Auto Axe/Man Opener/Mauler: Functions like a Ripper. Pulse Grenades/Mines: These just don't seem like something they'd give out to me. And of course, all the energy ammunitions, the Outcasts can surely always use more ammo.

Work without problems and make the whole outcast quest much more interesting. Very well together with FWE too.
