the submarine is located at the South of Jefferson Memorial + West of Rivet City, it is lower that the pic which has been added by the mod maker it is located right at the bottom of the area map and under water good luck and enjoy
As I said, I tried this and that including the option to show my hidden files and still I can't find them... I just don't feel like I should have to pay the money to buy the DLC's again just to get those 3 files. I didn't get Mothership Zeta yet.

They are unhelpfully in a hidden folder, so you need to search for hidden files, then move the DLCs to your data folder as if they were mods (which they basically are)... and while you are at it, disable GFWL ">
