It's a very nice re-texture of armor, but I'm going to have to agree with everyone else who's been posting here. It just looks too "beat up" and scratched for this type of armor. Maybe cleaning it up a bit, making it more of a shiny metal look with just a few scratches here and there. Oh and ya, the third piece of the Tesla Armor re-textured would look sick. And i think someone already posted it but the light-bulbs on the shoulders aren't transparent? hmm. All in all, its a nice looking re-texture and looks to have amazing quality. A definite download and 10 rating with above fixes.
Looks great, but did you also texture the third part of the armor too? A lot of people don't know about the Tesla Power Pack, so I am just checking. Here is the additem code if you don't know what I am talking about. 0008F571 It is called Tesla Armor in your pit boy, but it is the third piece of it.
quality of the texture is great, great work, i`m trying to add a urban camo to it for myself,[might not use it as i can`t use the textures, saying it can`t open it?? i`m using photoshop,

some of it looks a bit nicer, but then the rest looks too beat up. Power armor is supposed to be nigh industructible, so it just doesnt fit my perception when it looks so worn
Edit: more info The Helmet looks better, especially around the forehead. the torso looks way too pitted. were i you, i would try to cut and paste some of the helmet patern to the torso. First, try to make the armor look smooth and sleek. then add some (sparse) scratches and pits. (and get the transparency)

I personally like the yellow eyes better though, the red-orange just doesn't fit with the other colors of the Tesla armor.
