The archive contains the modified backpack meshes from the original mod, tweaked with NifSkope to point to their rightful medical (red/white) textures.
The original medical pack .nifs pointed to the default backpack textures from BlackWolf's base mod, which caused all kinds of weirdness in-game if you didn't have BlackWolf's mod installed.
It's probably just a simple oversight on the xflipsterx's part, but since he's not doing anything about it, I edited the files myself and decided to upload them until the mod's author fixes his original files.
NOTE: You still need the original mod, so be sure to download it!
