   FOR ANYONE WHO COMES HERE WONDERING WHAT "FOSE" IS ITS FALLOT SCRIPT EXTENDER. I LOAD IT THROUGH FOMM THEN SINCE I HAVE FALLOUT 3 INSTALLED TO MY DESKTOP I OPEN THE FILE THEN CLICK FOSE LAUNCHER .TO PUT WHAT IT DOES BLUNTLY THE BASE MAXIMUM SCRIPT LIMIT FOR AN NPC IS SAY 75, WITH FOSE ITS BUMPED UP TO 300.soory i just realized caps lock wuz on
