I love it! Just what I have been trying to find for months now. Oasis is my fav resting spot in all of FO3. I even gave up Barkskin for it, hehehehehe.
This is a perfect small little place to stay and rest up, after those long battles with the Enclave and deathclaws around there. Just a little strange with the white torchlight, but is ok for me. Just the right look and feel, even down to the rads in the water.
Maybe in the future you could make the torches have the real flames look, but the way it is now is fine as well. Lighting is the hardest thing I find in GECK.
I'll post some pics later of me on my throne in my Oasis robes. Perfect place to live when I'm not elsewhere in the wastes.

Usually, i select the most endorsed mods on nexus and check some comments before DL. So, concerning this mod, literally as in the figurative, it is a hidden treasure. xD Very far from looking like a horrible vault ...and this is the goal.
Great Idea, all in wood, between trees, very well made, Well-balanced, Thought well. All neededs tools to Revive the character are discreetly present. Warm place, You made a nice customized cocoon princess_stomper ">
Usually, I play a solitary character and this kind of place is perfect for an wounded avatar. But sometimes, this caracter (not me, don't say it to my wife) travel with a full harem of 4 well scripteds companions (Lucy West for exemple) to discover and test some new modeds places. So, by this tests (and by a quick look in the GECK too) I can confirm : Thought well with a functional navmesh in compliance with my hopes.
To see absolutely : By night, with "Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow v2" and "fellout" mods ">
And now, the criticism : NONE. ">)
Asks : I would not dare to ask of supplementary beds in this (custom-made) cosy nest (I behaved as boorish one barbaric by mentioning a harem which lands in a place manifestly drawn for a soft couple), but a shower (I have to recognize that you already supply the water), if it is in the same spirit as all the rest will be welcome.
I repeat, English is not my natural langage. So, if my post don't seem to be coherent, keep in mind the following : ==> Very nice work princess_stomper !!! I will keep this mod as permanent in my game.
