It uses Fo3's own math to calculate XP so as long as you start in FWE's alternate start shack, and unless you change levelling variables after you've exited the shack, it should work without problems. IIRC it hooks into the tutorial quest (without editing it). When you exit the shack the quest is set as finished by FWE so other quests will know.
I haven't kept track of FWE's changes in the last few months, but it won't break the game if it doesn't work. Either way, please post your results so we know.
This a great concept..... i was planning on advancing a few levels ahead and use the alternate start to kind of create my own lore for my character. Now do you know if this has any conflicts with FOOK or any other overhaul mod. I have down loaded FOOK2, FWE, WMK, MMM, and a couple little mods.

EDIT: Disregard. Issue was with Nexus servers. It has been resolved.

NOTE: Bring up the pip-boy so you can set experience and skill points settings as soon as you leave the shack, before you start levelling up.
