I hear this is the best Fallout 3 mod by far(than again they also said Beyond the Boulder Dome for NV was epic too when it was actually complete s#*! so who the f*#@ knows?) When should I play it story-wise though? I'm using Tale of Two Wastelands along with a recent mod that lets you continue playing after the New Vegas ending, so should I wait until after I complete that the NV main quest until I play the famous Mothership Zeta Crew mod? I mean will it be awkward in the sense that I should just be like "Yeah Mr.House, you won't actually need any Securitrons, I can just obliterate all your enemies from orbit instead. Oh and you don't need to pay me for my work. I already have millions of caps worth of alien technology on my ship" yet can't say that?

I'm also not completing the FO3 main quest, will that cause problems with this mod's storyline in any way? Because I really hate how the Enclave doesn't leave the wasteland after completing Broken Steel, so I'm just leaving my dad in Rivet City and playing it off as if he's working on project purity there for years to come from there with Dr.Li to avoid the overpopulated Enclave BS. Wish there was a mod to fix the constant enclave spawns, as idk how to operate the geck.

For anyone interested in trying this mod for TTW 3.2(latest version), you can use the original TTW 1 conversion for it if you rename the voice folder file from "MaleAdult01Default" to "MaleDefault01DC" and then renaming "MaleAdult01DefaultB" to "MaleAdult01DefaultBDC" to fix the missing voice overs.

-Maybe a little more cross mod normal game connections? Like, maybe being able to recruit Colonel Autumn. Sure the man is a bastard, but he is a military genius and could be an asset to the TSC if you can convince him to have all the men currently under his control sign on with the TSC.

-Set up some outpost thru out the wasteland in some military bases that already exist in the game.

-I would also like to see a return to Russia quest. Fight thru the Grey Line and retake the Kremlin.

-Form more alliances with other nations, like the Japanese Empire.

-Fix the lighting. Everything in this mod is either way to bright or way to dark. Case in point, the Bridge is to bright and the Command Staff quarters are to dark.

-Not sure if this is possible, but maybe reprogram Eden with a TSC virus to make him a TSC asset, and make Raven Rock a TSC base.

-If you can work with other modders, maybe some cross mod quest? For example, if you could find a way to work with the Creator of "Ties that Bind" I think that would add some additional story depth.

Not sure if any of these ideas will work, but there you go.

Funny that's what we try to do as this moment : documenting all of the official and unofficial canon on the wiki, to use it as a steady basis to help modders to make crossover mods (imagine how interesting it could be to have a TSC crossover with A Quest for Heaven, Alien Resurrection or other big mods like Quo Vagis or the Puce Moose's series. It was even already accomplished with the TSC - Vault 101 revisited addon, and several other mods were referenced in Panzer's fanfic.

Concerning the lighting, a partial solution could be to use Mysterius' light fixes available here : http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20567/?

I've been meaning to ask you, where did you get the ideas for all those countries? In any case, I can't help but think they're kinda irrelevant to the canon and therefore unnecessary. All those countries, and very little mention od the existing MZC stories and mods.

The countries are from Panzer's polities map, and are clearly labeled as "community canon". I never created any new content as of today, and starting by the countries before writing down about the plugins and the location they bring was quite silly, i reckon.

More political stuff. Maybe Brotherhood trying to get other cities' atention? Talking with the Rivet City council?
It has to be in, especially how TSC is now involved with the Earth.

That would probably be interesting. The TSC seems to be setting itself up in a manner reminiscent of the Roman Republic; one large hub city to centralize foreign and defense policy, and client states to pay tributes. It's a very effective method of expanding, as long as the TSC can maintain the transportation and communication infrastructure between its far-flung territories.

[SPOILER ALERT] I would like to see Naoko wake up because I've played this mod for quite a while and it was a little disappointing to get to make a friendly relationship or even more with Naoko and she almost instantly she is knocked in a coma and never wakes up but its also a bit sad considering she is never officially "dead" giving an open opportunity to allow her wake up from said coma

Big fan of this mod too and did several little tweaks of my own to the ship and crew since the last release. I just started rebuilding my mods and hope to test out the MSC stuff as soon I finish the rest of the game.

i have no clue if the sequel to this mod is still being worked on and weather or not the sequel will either be on NV or FO3 i in my opinion i would rather see a continuation of what happens in the mod right where they left off because it felt like there where sooo many unanswered questions like do we get to fight the BOS in a war or (sorry for not remembering her name) when the Lt. gets out of her comma, or do can we get to be able to use the hammer head armor (i did some snooping in the geck i ended up spawning the armor lol.) well any way to end my little comment here i believe this is the best mod ever created in the fallout series and i cant wait for it too make a return one day on either NV or FO3. plz be FO3 lol but i wouldn't mind it being in NV.

    Peace Out

Looking forward to Panzer's Constantinople mod.
If you ever need a beta tester, let me know.

Anyhow, on the subject of the VR training, I'd say that in many instances, it would remain a viable form of training if it improved the physical body at least a little and punished failure.
Say, for example, electrical pulses flex muscles to strengthen them and build muscle memory in line with their in sim experiences. If you're injured, the pain is very real, if you die, it's an agonizing affair. Multiple real people in a single sim would allow some basic training for medics.
It can't replace real training all the way of course, but for early training, routine drills, and unique exercises, it would cut down on man hours in certain fields and prevent numerous minor injuries.

As for something I'd like to see, I'd enjoy the ability to extend an invitation to join the TSC to certain people who have potential, but are perhaps fed up with their current situation. Perhaps with some changes because of their shift in allegiance.

    Here's a few suggestions.
Lieutenant Williams, Enclave, Raven Rock. The slightly oddball officer who confronts you when you leave your cell. Looking over all his dialog makes me think he's the type who's slightly disillusioned with the enclave. May know more people who aren't fully happy with the enclave.
Available for recruitment if you didn't kill him at Raven Rock. Let's assume he managed to get on a vertibird out.

Scott Wollinski/The Mechanist. No explanation needed.
Available after super human gambit. Needs to be talked down if you didn't already convince him he was doing more harm than good.

Stiggs, Enclave "recruit", Adams Airforce Base. Robotics genius and inventor of the Heavy Incinerator.
Available after Who Dares Wins, may sympathize with other ex-enclave who feel guilty about their past.

Scribe Bigsley, Lyon's BoS, Project Purity. Severely fed up with the Brotherhood and being dicked around because he's better at his job than his so called "superiors". His terminal even states he's just about ready to leave the brotherhood.
Available after his quests. Could lead in to the TSC taking over Project Purity.
Dargon, Daniel, the Rivet scientists, and maybe another tired scribe or two might stay.

Uncle Leo, Super Mutant, Nomadic. He claims to be looking for something to give meaning to his life. Like Fawkes, he would serve as something that says all peaceful beings are welcome. And if word were to get out, other peaceful 87 strain mutants may reveal themselves.

Pinkerton, Rivet City. Equal parts friendly, braggart, and crotchety old man. Little matters to him outside of science. Science and recognition.

    Colonel Autumn. Enough said.
Controversial, especially being the military face of the DC enclave.
But unlike his leaders and the bulk of the enclave, he didn't seek the death of the impure, nor the subjugation of the citizens. If you really think about it, he wants the exact same thing as the TSC. And while he's more ruthless than most TSC, he's far less so than most enclave.

I'll keep that in mind. We're also going to try to make it voiced so if you want to try voicing some of the female characters or know anybody with a regal voice, let me know. The latter is for Emperor Alexius. The original VA for him (who's also my consultant on historical accuracy on Byzantine history) felt he didn't have the right voice for the job. Speaking Greek is presumably not an issue provided you're willing to learn a bit. In-character, Alexius doesn't speak English. He speaks Greek, Italian, and German (and can read Latin) but not English. One of the slight head-scratching bits about MZC was why Orlov spoke such clear English. I know it's for comprehensibility but it's still a bit out of place, in-universe.
I thought about NIR grabbing Uncle Leo but they are a bit prejudiced against Super Mutants.
      Spoiler:
      Show
Understandable, given that every other one they've met (if you agree to let them put some troops in TSC territory as aid in exchange for air support) has tried to kill them.
They're cool with Ghouls, though. The Emperor's bodyguard consists entirely of Ghouls.
For Lieutenant Williams, I rather like that idea. There might be compatibility issues since there's one that adds him as a companion. Same with Autumn as a follower.

Sorry man, I've got a deep, almost gravely voice.

We could say that since the TSC has a translator for Alien, they have a much better one for many earth languages.
Though the player couldn't understand other Russians, so eh. Perhaps Orlov just learned if specifically because so many people do speak it. It is the most spoken secondary in the world, and I think one of the top 3 primary.

Well, not everything can be compatible, and I just figured there's a lot of characters who'd be a benefit to recruit.
It's not really something I could make, but it'd be something to really expand that TSC dialogs thing to have a little more use.

I've actually got a ton of ideas on a notepad, most of which I could never do myself.

For how you can understand Alexius, there's a Seraph acting as a translator, which is why the dialog text is in English. The whole bit with TSC translation software installed in the Pip-Boy is how you can understand the treaty the TSC and NIR can sign.
Also, I just realized I don't remember if you're male or female. If you're a guy with a gravelly voice, we might be able to work with that. If not, there are other characters to voice. Merchants mostly, but you're also free to try either the TSC ambassador (whose name escapes me at the moment and I'm too lazy to search for where I have it written down) or the NIR ambassador (accented English would just sound silly; I'll just handwave flawless English as time spent abroad among British exiles in Normandy).

Vocaroo is an online voice recording site you can try. Send me a PM and I'll send you some sample lines from a few characters. How well do you think you can voice a Ghoul?
EDIT: They are somewhat friends with the RCSN. It's a bit of an odd alliance, given that one is a divine right absolute monarchy and the other is an atheistic communist dictatorship, but it works.

Crap, I have no idea how that happened, especially since that same post went were it was supposed to go too, but the Nexus has been acting really weird lately.

      Anyway, for THIS mod.
First and foremost, this is an excellent mod, I played it a while back, but the few new additions this time around made it even more fun.
More than anything, you did an excellent job creating a place that felt almost peaceful and quiet while having a bit of an air of post apocalyptic danger. It's really a nice place.

Anyhow, bugs, some minor, some semi-serious, some just nit-picks. I just figured I'd point them out nonetheless. I apologize in advance if it seems like I'm being a prick.

In South Godfry Metro, in the circular concourse, there are odd graphical bugs in and around the ladies restroom.
Mines in the mod are never actually set, and thus never a danger.
Plague snipers more often than not spawn non-hostile.
Nuka truck door marked as grain silo, interior walls are peeled while the outside is fully intact.
Below the fortified overpass, in the slightly sunken area with the train and some raiders, a landscape tear can be found next to the train.
After infiltrating the vault, the player can return without a disguise. The guard remains non-hostile and essential, and the vault stays open.
Floating chimneys can be found over the crashed plane, and the burned out house with decorations and the two military trucks.
The gold necklace is not removed post quest.
In the fire station, you mistakenly added the local inventories of the DC traveling merchants.
The dead settler in the forsaken bunker has a copy of the yao guai den note.
In the unmarked super mutant shack by the graveyard, a copy of the board of education can be found.
Many items in the abandoned medical tents are marked as owned.
The placement of the fridge in the player house makes the player unable to interact with it.
The gloves left on every looted body is odd. Would it not be better if they were attached to the outfit?
And on that final note, as vault dwellers, shouldn't they wear pip-boys?
