   Hello, I just completed the main story arc so far, and I wanted to be able to command my troops, yet I talked to Harkin after the third mission was complete but it didn't give me the command "item" of sorts. Is there any way to manually add the item to my inventory?

      I've looked everywhere for an answer for this. Do you have to download an addon? Can you provide a link?

      Yes, you have to download the TSC Air Support addon from the here. It's under "Optional Files."

   For some reason my command radio for ground troops or to summon troops disappeared does any 1 know what i gotta do to get it to come back?

      just go talk to harkin again and hell give you a new one but you have to do that every time you use the radio
