renamed the file name essential
thanks to Anach for posting the lines i've added a script for the companions

script for caravan elements
to install:
place the txt files in the root of your fallout 3 folder.
to run:
for caravans
open your console and type "bat caravan" hit enter and there you go.
for companions
open your console and type "bat companions" hit enter and there you go.
