      Open NMM and you'll see next to each mod a "Load Order" number, the xx is the two letters/numbers for this esp.

   I've never used Pipboy Readius. Does the carrying weight 100 work without using the Pipboy Readius?
   
   Also, are you carrying more than the 100 carrying weight boost? If you're carrying more than the extra 100 pounds you'll be overweighted and can't fast travel.

    Nevertheless I have a small problem with Pipboy Readius

    Carrying the weight 100 armor bonus does not work with fast travel
    I am overweight
    no problem with movement on the spot.
    there have a solution to remedy?
    
    But a small problem, which may be just me
