is this the same book that is found and needs to be destroyed in point lookout dlc (read it somewhere) ...if so can you explain how it all fits in???
also can you add a small note or holotape next to "The Necronomicon" that tells the story behind the book and its evilness (I'm not familiar with it)...
Small update to help put wary downloader's minds at ease.
I do have the Point Lookout DLC now and it is clear that Bethesda intended the two areas to be related. However, they did a crappy job of integrating them and left plot holes you can drive a truck through. With a touch of imagination my mod fits in just fine. I do have plans for expanding this mod in the future to more seamlessly integrate the two.
As to what the book does, if you must know; When you carry the book with you, you receive a bonus to your stats. There is however a consequence for taking the book, what with it being an unholy grimoire of forbidden knowledge and all.
@Horoshima: Perhaps you should first try PLAYING my mod or Point Lookout before insinuating that I am ripping Bethesda off.
As stated 2 posts below this one, I do not have the Point Lookout DLC (yet). I did do some research into it however. Point Lookout does not add any books to the Dunwich building. It has a quest with further Lovecraftian references and a book which is similar to mine only in that is a book. I will state so as not to give too much away, that one possible outcome of the quest will have you interact with the Dunwich Building.
It seem's the details point to you taking credit for something Beth already included in point lookout. please try to explain in a comment here on the page what makes this different from Point lookout's Evil necromantic book under the Dunwich building.

@Alvinzz: Well I'll be a monkey's uncle. I haven't got point lookout yet. I'll have to pick it up and check it out. This may require some thought.
