I liked. I use a mod that gives me SPECIAL at every two levels and Intense Training just sucks... Could you make a merge with Reworked Intense Training of User_38374460?
This mod is mostly for people who are using mods that cause each SPECIAL attribute to have much higher impact on the game.
Such as those that cause Intelligence to greatly effect how much skill points you get per level, and amount of weight you can carry per Strength point and Action points per Agility.
I made the mod so when your picking perks you won't see a. "This is the best one you can get, pick me" option infront of you everytime.
Most importantly I made it for people whom use mods that put more emphasis on SPECIAL stats.
For example mods that cause each SPECIAL point to heavily influence your Carry weight, Action points, and Skill points earned significantly.
So you won't look at the list of perks and see that the most obvious perk to choose would be "Intense Training" as it has a much bigger effect on your character then the other skill increasing perks.
i dont understand WHY? if you dont want to use it - dont use it. if you want to use it you wont download this mod... i just dont understand this kind of mods >_>

this mod is utterly pointless.

Because it removes temptation from the weak-willed.
just like "no fast travel mods".....
