Simple, it makes "Intense Training Perk" only selectable at level ten, and only once.
So now you feel even more "SPECIAL"
Install
=======
1. Copy LessIntenseTraining.esp to Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data
2. Launch the game and click "Data Files"a check on LessIntenseTraining.esp and press OK.
3. Click play and enjoy.
Uninstall
=========
Either delete LessIntenseTraining.esp or uncheck it in "Data "Files when you launch the game.
Future
=======
I made this mod for myself, but I decided to release it for people who are using mods that make SPECIAL have a way more important effect on the game and think Intense Training is overpowered.
Incompatibility
===============
This mod is only imcompatible with mods that effect the perk "Intense Training"/
If you are using any mod that changes "Intense Training", the game will choose which one's to adapt based on which ever you give a higher priority to.
