cool always thought it was silly that you couldn't get this off any of the aliens. however that said it would make more sense to either be able to loot this off the alien Captain or off the Alien body that is left on the ground down below. just an idea to make it seem more like part of the Zeta quest itself.
Could you make a Version where you place the Field on the Captain at the end of Mothership Zeta?

i tried a little with geck to change the effects ( noob at work ) i found where the changes are made and i added a few effects (+75 unarmed damage, it's a forcefield after all! +35 Radiaton Resistance and i wanted to have it, some cost, so you can not run arround all the time with shields up! Reduced Perception by 5 (if the outside of the forcefield looks as scrambled from the inside then it is plausible that the user can't see much.) worked but that is not enough.
i thought Alien Tech = Radiaton... but now there is the problem, i can only put 1 Rad/sec in which is too much. It does not accept 0,2 or 0.2 for radiation, it does not do 20 per minute (then it does 20 per second *doh*)...
Then i tried to make it a timed Event with "IsWeaponOut" == 1 AND GetSecondsPassed > 15 so that it starts to pump out Radiation after 15 seconds of use but it didnt even activate the radiation script at all.

@micalov: Damage reduction is added and should work now.
Can u make it to activate when equipped, cos it turns off in vats.
