REQUIRES MOTHERSHIP ZETA An upgrade from feeling like i\'m shooting a bb gun at some of the end game enemies

Altered the Drone Cannon and it's unique version to be more effective against some of the endgame npc's like overlord mutants and other juggernauts. Mostly wanted to make it more in tune with the damage an alien cannon might do.
Can be repaired with fission batteries now
The unique version of the Cannon has been alted alot from the original but they both do the same amount of damage.

-Projectile now explodes on impact
-Clip of 5
-Projectile travels 50% faster
Regular Drone Cannon
-Increased Damage
-Increased Durability
Props to Bethesda for making one of the coolest weapon designs I've seen ingame so far, modded or otherwise.
