New Optional File!!
Adds Jade, aka The Jade Dragon to the game. He is a Tribal Dragon living in the wastes, currently he can be found wandering near Megaton. He's pretty to easy to convince to follow you. His main purpose is to wear some clothes. A trenchcoat and 2 sets of fatigues that people playing males will enjoy. Doesn't cause texture errors. These are about the only items on the Nexus I can find that work with the bodies, unless you want to get non-canon type items. That's not my decision, so you can find those.
Jade also wears a collar (made by kikai!) and carries a unique katana, neither are overpowered in my opinion, but feel free to ignore them.
He will follow you no matter your karma, and his tag skills are melee, unarmed and small guns.

Update 2! Thanks to feedback and error reports. The latest uploads fix progressing from child to adult in the vault and it should not crash. You'll be 10 with tattoos, but that's the best I can do for now.
Future updates will be made to only the Full version with both hair packs installed. Hopefully there won't be any need for them!

I have uploaded 2 fixed ESP files. One for no hair packs, and one for both. The second one may work if you only have hair pack 1, you just won't see the hairs in game. No guarantee though!
Download and overwrite the esp with the update that matches your preferred installation.
Includes a couple of quick presets, which apparently the lack of was causing the crash.

Adds a custom a race, based mostly on the default Asian with a few tweaks and mostly added many tribal dragon themed tattoos without altering every female in the game.
Includes Josef Greys' face retexture, Dimon99's TYPE3 BASEHD body (waxed), Kozaburo and Soya hair style and several eye options from Riven1978.. though I use Green Cat exclusively since it fits my theme. Others added for choice though. Also uses throttlekitty's eyelashes for this race only.
You will need CREBSOR to progress from the ending of the original game and into Broken Steel. If you do not have Broken Steel then this may not matter. You can download it at: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6240.
Several options in the face texture folder, the default is with makeup, you can rename the clean version if you want to remove the makeup layer from the original texture. You could also use any other texture you wish for it.. and the body too.
There is a placeholder male version in, but it's really rough. So don't shoot me! This is mainly geared towards female PC's.
It is compatible with most mods that alter the default NPCs. I personally use a seperate texture for raiders, for default NPCs and for myself. Everyone is different. I suggest using the NOMAKEUP version of Josef's retexture for NPCs since it's much better than most and not too 'doll-y' looking.
Install: merge folders, tick .esp. Play.
Uninstall: delete the files installed by this mod, unless used by other mods. If you wish to continue a save after I suggest altering your race before uninstalling.
The default facegen used for this is seen in the screenshots, and makes it very easy to make a pretty character.
Replace the upperbody.dds file in textures/characters/kitty/body with the optional file version. This simply removes the leg tattoo since some may not like it.
Second optional filepack. Adds about 15 hair choices to the race. I handpicked them all from the available mod packs here. Most are Asian-themed, some are not. All of them were looked over in game to make sure they look right. I tossed out a few because the longer straight hair clipped through the breasts, or in the back it hovered over the back too far. Shorter hair and ponytails looks very good, theres about 5 of them added including the top-knot and top-knot drift which I highly recommend for its Asian styling.
To install the hair pack, merge the folders and allow overwrites, including the .ESP file. You still need the first version for the body, eyes, face, etc. This is only an add-on.
