Early 2023 review: I played this mod second time in my life in 2023. First time was back in 2012 and with Russian translation (didn't use and learn English very well at that age), so, as a teenager I didn't really appreciated this glorious narrative piece. Now after so many years, after also playing Puce Moose's collection, I can clearly see how good "A Reasoned Argument" is for real. It's short quest with no stages, markers or any real combat sequences, which uses my favourite structure of story-telling through environment and notes.
Don't expect any puzzles or searching for keys like in Puce Moose's projects, this quest is all about the narrative that author wanted to tell. And it was very good.
Style of writing is light, without enormous walls of words just to throw exposition on the player, that's why you can easily complete this quest in one session.
Another plus for many references for already mentioned Puce Moose's works which, as I can see, from the structure of quest to the narrative itself, was an inspiration for Warll when making his little piece of storytelling beauty.
Overall, it's good and even after so many years, I'm glad that I re-visited this mod with very different perspective on how good quest mod should be made for Fallout 3. Endorsement and deep appreciation from me.
Should you try this mod in 2023? Yes, more so if you already played Puce Moose's quests and prefer this style of non-combat story quest.

As to the spoilers for this mod : http://web.archive.org/web/20110830062422/http://blog.warll.com/2009/spoilers-for-a-reasoned-argument/

(Do not forget that the net has a memory, or at last that they are server storing (a lot) of data (at last 90% of the data "available" online is over the "dark" net (not avalaible over text links, only if the user know of the ip can it be found (..) most of which contains official data (as to theses archives) but also more dark to totally bad data (.., pas de hasard).

I will see to add the text from the spoiler page here (using the forum view, seek the dedicated tab) as it clearly spoiler material.

Hmm couldn't the bugs list have been placed in an option download instead of offsite on a no longer existent page?

I liked it. It was a little confusing, and I spent so long reading the notes on my SWAYING arm that I think I started getting sea sick, but other than that, very lonely, moody mod that fits right in with the game. Cool stuff.

    An interesting and different mod.

Bit of a let down overall at the end but a good mod I would say.

Me again...I finished the mod this evening, and it was worth it.

If you're looking for a fast-paced shootout, go elsewhere. If you're looking for an intelligent story that does fit the game lore and adds to the lore history, download this.

A couple of weeks later, and I forgot to report that a re-activation via FOMM did trigger the start, and so I'm off to find out what's what.

It should happen within a minute or two, if not seconds.

I was afraid you'd say that...so far, still no note. I'll try un- and re-installing, but is there a console code to trigger the start, just in case?

@Flying: Considering how much hinting I did I suppose the ending is quite, soft.
