For some strange unexplained reason it doesn't go off until after I die. Now I'd never had the opportunity to try it vanilla, but I know for a fact I was at 27, then I healed to 42 and it still didn't go off. Then I was hit again and nothing. Then I died and five seconds after the death animation had finished it went off.

Meh. Make it discharge at WILL and cost mild AP. That would be for the win.

Combined with rad regenration, when under 100 I burst a big explosion, but I am also regenerated to nearly full heath!!! COOOOOOOOOL!

Added a 50hp version for those that want it. I went with 100hp originally because I play with increased spawns on very hard and fighting 3 Mutant Overlords along with many lower mutants is the kind of fight were 100hp disappears very fast.

I'll d/l it right away, if I wanted to blow myself up, i'd have to stand and wait for my HP to drop. And most of the times, I would get killed because the enemies were too strong (overlords, swarms of Enclave soldiers at the AFB, and so on...). Although 100 might be a bit high for some ppl, I think it's a decent amount ^^

Heh, not a bad idea, 20 was definately too low... but perhaps 100 is too high. Perhaps 50? It is not very frequent that an enemy would do more than 50 damage to you in one single hit, so you should get the nuclear anomaly explosion quite often, whenever you are nearly dead.
