      I have no idea. I genuinely forgot I even made this mod until just now. I'm not even completely sure it works by itself, much less with TTW.

   how do u edit the WM ? i been wantting to add a hole stash of weapons, and make it like a small HQ with guns... but at the same time i would love to b able to add a underground area to this so u can have a good size HQ u could turn into a house.. or a HQ house one lvl the HQ and another your house and have the Ablity to have workers in there, and or allow ur followers to enter...

   Maybe put a BoS sniper on top of there? It seems like a perfect place to reign lead down upon.

   This is the Washington Monument (the really tall spike looking thing), not the Lincoln Memorial where the quest you're referencing is linked. I don't recall the Washington Monument being involved at all.
