how do u edit the WM ? i been wantting to add a hole stash of weapons, and make it like a small HQ with guns... but at the same time i would love to b able to add a underground area to this so u can have a good size HQ u could turn into a house.. or a HQ house one lvl the HQ and another your house and have the Ablity to have workers in there, and or allow ur followers to enter...
This is the Washington Monument (the really tall spike looking thing), not the Lincoln Memorial where the quest you're referencing is linked. I don't recall the Washington Monument being involved at all.
hay Nice mod, and i have an idea, why not make it a full BoS outpost, by adding tents, more Bos Memebers, and a Vertibird on a Pad (just for show). And a little Player home

This is a spoiler, so stop reading if you plan to pick up the Broken Steel DLC and haven't, but...
POSSIBLE SPOILER:
The Brotherhood of Steel do end up with vertibirds of their own. At least one for absolute certain and possibly more.
Another note, you find those shortwave radios all over the Wasteland; do any mods utilize them?
