1. What it does?
================
Well... it radiates. Like a whole lot more. In vanilla F3 you don't need to do any radiation management, now you do.
There are more levels of radiation now. And you'll find you'll get a lot sicker the higher your levels become. The last couple of radiation poisoning are a bitch. You'll be so sick you wont be able to walk straight, even if you manage, you will sometimes stumble and fall. You'll experience head aches and dizzyness. Sometimes this dizzyness will get so bad you'll pass out for a few seconds. Your body cant handle all that radiation anymore and you will start to loose health. You will be so sick that your overal resistance will be lower, much lower, radiation will have a more profound effect on you as well. (don't drink unpurified water ... really) And you thought your aiming was ace? Not with this much radiation, you can barely hold yourself together, you really think you can hold a gun and shoot a target at 200 meters in the head? Think again. You can barely see where you're aiming at, those headaches make it impossible to focus and you are shaking so badly you cant even hold that gun straight.
When you are close to death, you'll notice now, instead of suddenly dropping dead.
Basicly what it does it sets accumilation rates a lot higher, so you'll get more radiation in general. Water sources give a lot more radiation. There are more levels of radiation. (200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900) Anything above 600 is bad enough, but just wait untill you have 900 rads, it will be a bitch. When you get enough radiation it might even damage you. (higher then 600) At 600 or higher you might occasionally loose a little bit of health. This whealth will get more severe the higher your radiation level gets. You can surpress the health loss with rad-x though. You have in total 3 options to counter health loss. Either lower your overall radiation level, counter the health loss with rad-x or make sure you have the "rad regeneration" perk. (from moira's quest) The perk will protect you from ANY and ALL damage effects from high radiation. So it will be your new best friend.
Radaway will now remove rads over time instead of being instant. Also, it will be more effective if you are on rad-x already. It takes 20 seconds to remove all rads it can. (roughly 40 with low medicine skill) If you are on Rad-x it will take away an extra 20 rads. Rad regeneration will help to remove another 20 rads as well.
You can see with help of screeneffect how high your radiation level is. If it gets above 600 you'll notice it's going to influence your vision, with more profound effects the higher yourr adiation is. When it gets above 600 you also will experience head aches every now and then. (similiar to a head cripple effect) You may even pass out for a few secconds every now and then. So be aware of this effect and if you are in combat ... RUN! (you can identify it by the double vision plus screenmesssage that you are feeling dizzy)
Also, do NOT sleep when your radiation level is above 600. You'll get a lot of damage when you sleep and even a few hours of sleep will kill most characters. There are 3 ways to savely go to sleep though. 1 is to simply lower your rad level below 600, the second is your friend rad-x again, pop one before sleeping and you'll wake up rested .. and even better ... alive. The last option is having the rad regeneration perk, from moira's quest. (permanent solution)
You will be sick, terribly sick. You will find it difficult to walk, you'll stagger to all sides, almost drunk. And even if you arive where you want to you might stuble and fall before you get there. Also, you're shooting and aiming skills will suffer tremendously at higher levels. At 600 rads it wont be that bad, but the higher your radiation gets, the worse it gets. At 900 rads you'll be lucky if you manage to hit a brahmin at 10 meters.
You dont want to walk around like that for long. If you manage to walk that is, instead of ending face down in the gutter.

================
Incompatible with other mods that change the same thing, like mods that change rad-x, radaway or radiation effects. They may work together, they may not. No garantees.
There's one bug I'm aware of. Thats when you stop walking the script still has you walk around drunken and all. At this point i don't know how to fix this.
