Okay....REALLY bad error with this mod. If you ahve not completed the base game and you make this mod active, it wil create a condition where, after you escape the enclave facilities, the game does not complete that quest, and, as a result, you can't start the "Take it Back" quest.
Nice to be able to go back in to pick up the loot I had to leave behind. If you have the Robco Certified mod, you can recruit a small army of Sentry bots while inside. Thought I would report an odd bug. I ran into two copies of each of the prisoners and two copies of the Colonel.
I added a screenshot of the locked door. You can't get to Eden from level 2, which means you can't exit the base without using the console. Everything else works really well though. I was glad to be able to kick some Enclave butt again.

If you have no Raven Rock mods installed, do a COC ravenrock02 and go to that area, there is actually no door there in the vanilla game.

However, I cannot duplicate "The door from The communications of the president room to the main area locked" bug you describe and I've gotten no reports of it before. I imagine you mean from surface level 1 to the monolithic computer room?
The mod has to be installed after the RR quest is complete, if you do a new game then run the mod just to play it, it probably has areas locked off as the scripts did not kick in.
There are other mods that alter RR, please insure NONE of them are running (such as CEI caesarrulezexcessiveinteriors).
Also insure the correct mod is used, if the non Broken Steel is used and you have that DLC, odd things can happen. In my game the Rocks were not cleared away fron the entrance.

The essential flag was removed from the NPC and the role is now played out as it should be
The prisoners are now handled a different way to avoid any issues with stability.

1 - The door from The communications of the president room to the main area is locked - NO KEY. a key should be set on a table near the door, or a terminal to unlock it Only way I had to open it was via terminal command
2 - the Captives should have removed the 'return to cell' feature so they do not go back there after freed Even if you recruit them with other mod Leave them somewhere else they will walk all the way back to raven rock to get back in their cell
3 - to avoid spoilers on Who the big bad guy in it needs to have 'Essential' turned off. make him a duplicate not the original, and set him to 'respawn' so you can kill him over and over set his general editor locations as 'raiders stay at location.
He will generally kill anyone you take out because he is invulnerable and will keep chasing you
(just getting knocked out instead of dying)
Also note : freeing captives causes impossible to save states afterwards when fast traveling. to point it is dangerous to ever free them ----------------------
Also note if anyone wishes to return to Raven rock I Do so also in my mod 'Teleporter service' though it is not changed in the general settings of the game

--insure Broken Steel is installed --insure you completed the Project Purity (Take it Back Quest) and you are into the Broken Steel Content --Tested under 1.6 no masterupdate (has not been tested under the Fake Patch, for example), but no reports of anything amiss under othter pateches / versions
