Use FNVedit and look through Pointlookout.esm for the Tribal Garb armor then check its filepath and take the textures/meshes from this mod, rename to outfitf (I think that was what it was, fnvedit will give you the name) and move them to where fnvedit says the original files should be. You might have to make some folders
May I know what mods you used for your character shown in the screenshots? Looks really cool, I am revisiting Fallout 3 and I wanted to mod since I did a lot of modding on Fallout 4, thanks for the reply in advance
there is another mod that needs a type 3 conversion ,Scavanger armor .it's only for male bodies and on females they look like default outfits .if you check the description the auther said long as credit is given to him people can do what ever they want with it . i think you should take it up and fix it . so far you only get new head gear from the mod but all the outfits are vanila expt one thats used 7 times on difrent outfits and i think the auther gave the mod up . geart mod with outfits that remind me of your boatsman mesh. it just needs type 3 meshes for the male outfits
