I agree with a lot of comments about how easy it is to level up in vanilla version and this is playing the hardest level. This mod really brings it home in creating a challenging environment. Really brings a new lease of life to this now dated game. Highly recommended!!! especially after playing Fallout New Vegas...
Great mod. Works exactly as described. Level up in FO3 happens way too fast, but I'd poked around before and had only seen mods that change the level caps and those didn't appeal. Great idea to keep quest points the same and just reduce combat and other "activity" type XPs - great for exploring between quests. I actually alternate between the extreme and normal versions for kind of a middle of the road type effect.
Great Mod. When I first started playing FO3 I was shocked at how fast you could level up in the game. Heck I found myself trying to avoid some things that might give me experience too fast. Very nice idea.

Now i can get from Vault101 to Megaton without hitting level 10 and also gives me time to find lots of skillbooks so i don't waste skillpoints like in my first and 2nd playthrough lol.
I just hate when you hand in a quest and you get a massive chunk of XP like 300 eek!
I find the reduced quest xpr module a little too much for me. How do I go about making a version that reduces quest xpr by 50 %? Sorry for beeing a noob...
